CGMSIM lets you create a virtual Type 1 Diabetes subject, that you'll treat 24/7 with meals, multiple daily insulin injections (MDI) or a virtual insulin pump (CSII - continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion). Your goal is to maintain your virtual subject's glycemia in the treatment range 70-180 mg/dl (3.9 - 10 mmol/l) at least 70% of the time, with as few low glucose values as possible. Optional hypo- and hyperglycemia are delivered as push notifications and email alerts. CGMSIM imports your Fitbit® activity tracker's or Google Fit® activity data (steps, heart rate), which influence your subject's glycemic status. The CGM trace is displayed in Nightscout, where success reports can be generated.
