Openvibe – Bluesky & Mastodon

This was actually a pretty good app to use for the most part. A little buggy with Bluesky crossposting, but other than that, it *was* a solid app. The reason this is getting a one star is because Openvibe is now moving to a subscription model. I understand that the app needs to make money to maintain it. I would’ve been more than happy to make a one time purchase to buy the app. That’s not good enough for the developers, so they wanted to charge a subscription. Not everything in life needs to be a subscription. You can apply all the discounts you want; a subscription’s a subscription. Will look somewhere else for crossposting. Goodbye!👋

Having multiple profiles used to be a basic part of the app. Now it’s been locked behind a premium subscription with no warning. Complete nonsense from a so-called “open” app that doesn’t even publish its source code!
