FIND SOMEWHERE GOOD Browse a map of the places near you, or in the city you are visiting next month. Filter to fully vegan when you want the whole menu open to you.

KEEP THE ONES WORTH KEEPING Build lists that make sense to you. Date night spots. The bakeries. Everywhere you want to try in Lisbon. Add a note on what to order, so future you remembers why the place is on there.

KEEP A FOOD DIARY Every meal you log stays yours: the places you have been, how many kitchens and neighbourhoods you have worked through, and a map of everywhere you have eaten. A year later it will remind you what you had on this day.

YOUR PLATE, EVERY DAY Tick off the beans, greens, berries and whole grains as you eat them, twelve boxes a day.
