2026-02-14	NC*****	I managed to connect the briiv after watching a video on the support page, (the instructions on the app leave out important details) but the app is a disaster. Several times I’ve tried to set up a schedule and the app just deletes it. So that feature is useless You can basically use it as a remote control but then the unit will randomly shut off, no matter what you’ve set it at. I’m astonished at the lack of response by the company. Such a promising concept, but all of the issues kill the pleasure of having it. I honestly don’t know if the filter has made a difference because it’l become such an adversarial experience. It’s hard to care.

2025-03-04	so*****	With such a pricy product, I am astonished at the lack of support the respective app receives. There are times where having control of the device in an app would be wonderful… the touch buttons on the device itself are a bit rough. Sometimes you set a certain level on the device itself and it reverts at times. Can’t even find a resetting option on it. It’s a joke they’re trying to release a “newer” version of this product. I’m unsure if it is worthwhile supporting this company. 🤷🏻

2025-01-29	Se*****	I spent the last 20 minutes trying to connect my Briiv to the app. It constantly disconnects or can’t be found while you go through the setup process. If you can connect to the Briiv WiFi, you can’t view the a WiFi password you type, so good luck if you type it wrong. I haven’t gotten past this step, so who knows if the app even works. This is such a horrible experience.

2023-08-16	Av*****	This is worse than the previous app, and the previous app was terrible. At least with the previous app I was able to connect my briiv. This app gets stuck on the Connect Briiv to your Wifi page and doesn’t show my any wifi options. It’s frustrating to say the least, especially since this was not a cheap product.

2023-06-19	Ma*****	It turns itself off all the time. It only runs when I manually increase the speed… then turns it self off a while later. I set a schedule and it resets to the last one within a day. It’s basically a paperweight with moss in it.

2023-05-21	Re*****	This app and this company are a scam. Nothing works as it’s supposed to. It took forever to get the filter and now I have next to no way to control it. I have no idea on the health of the filter and zero response from customer service. Avoid this company all together.
