The app doesnt work at all. I can login but I cannot access my air filter, see filter status, or adjust, or turn on or off. The buttons on my air filter also dont work. In order to even turn it on, ive had to connect it to a smart plug and use that to turn it on, but i have no control over the strength which is at full blast all the time.

This app and this company are a scam. Nothing works as it’s supposed to. It took forever to get the filter and now I have next to no way to control it. I have no idea on the health of the filter and zero response from customer service. Avoid this company all together.
