The app will walk you through filling out the 6 steps of a safety plan, share your safety plan with your loved ones, and use your safety plan in a moment of crisis. The app also includes audio and interactive tools to help you calm down, information for you and your loved ones about safety plans and suicide, mood tracking, and ready access to crisis support.

Actually helpful during times of SI thoughts and feelings. I really appreciate the features that get you out of a funk, instead of it just only being a safety plan with places to go and people to contact because sometimes you just want to be alone. Thank you for creating this app, VA

I just wish there were a way a clinician could use the app for multiple clients and store the safety plans for quick reference.

It’s very user friendly, I love how clean the design is & how there are things specific for Veterans but also allows civilians to use it as well. There’s also suggestions and guided walkthroughs for coping skills! Love that you can link your contacts and it separates those that can distract you and those that can help you, bc sometimes those people are different. As a caseworker on a mobile crisis team, I will be recommending to all my clients!
