Beyond Now suicide safety plan

Beyond Now provides a confidential safety planning tool to help you build your own suicide safety plan. You can list warning signs, coping strategies, reasons for living, and trusted contacts, and save or email the plan to support people. The app stays with you on your device, is editable, and designed to support overall wellbeing as part of a larger safety strategy. It is not a sole form of support; connect with a health professional and emergency services as needed.

Developed in 2016 by Beyond Blue and Monash University, Beyond Now is now owned by Lifeline Australia (since 2024). We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the lands where we operate and thank community contributors for their input.
