Was up in big sky for a week with no car and this app was a lifesaver. Drivers are all kind and quick, and it was so easy to use. App well designed no problems.

I don’t think the waiting time is reliable anymore. If you’re trying to catch a bus, good luck with that. This app should enforce the indicated pickup time, passengers should already be at the pickup spot at that time, or at least be given a 1–2 minute grace period. Because of waiting for late passengers, the delays end up affecting the next riders who are also waiting.
