The Moksha app requires a Moksha device.

Moksha works because it is scientifically engineered for longer, deeper, and more controlled exhales – naturally calming you down.

User Reviews

Users praise Moksha for its intuitive UI and engaging, gamified breathwork that helps anxiety and daily habit formation, plus responsive support. However, multiple reviews report reliability issues, including sessions not logging, data/profile bugs, and occasional access/offline problems. Many also want more premium content. Overall, strong engagement and support, but reliability and content depth need improvement.

  • Gamified breathwork with multiple engaging games and guided sessions with haptic feedback
  • Helps with anxiety and supports forming a daily breathing habit
  • Responsive, helpful customer support
  • Free content available with ongoing updates and potential for more premium content
Cons
  • Breathing sessions sometimes don’t log or track progress reliably
  • Bugs affecting data and profile (e.g., name changes, journal syncing, activity not read)
  • Occasional access issues or offline mode limitations
  • Premium content feels limited and users want more games/content under paid plans

So obviously it’s good

After a year I can no longer access the breathing exercises. All I’m getting is an offline mode, one exercise and it no longer keeps up with my days . So, I guess my pen is no longer any good?

I have extreme anxiety and I love gaming, so I needed a device that would have both. I tried calmigo, but the app interactivity was limiting, the game wasn’t that much fun. I was skeptical about moksha being a new company and all. As soon as I got it I was very presently surprised. Great UI, and actually multiple fun breathing games, with more to come. Regarding their support, I had a technical difficulty, so I reached out. They were VERY responsive: within 10 minutes they replied with troubleshooting ideas which worked, and a promise to fix it immediately. Support was also very friendly. So all that is to say I HIGHLY recommend moksha!!
