Useless unless you qualify for pickup and drop off services. Even a map of the routes would have been helpful.

Can I ask: what is the point of an on-demand service that lets you select whichever pickup and dropoff points you want, and then refuse to book a ride because one of the stops isn’t a “service hub”? How could I possibly tell what is a service hub?
