Why is the facial recognition showing error? I have installed the app in my new phone but it’s not getting pass the facial recognition process

Keeps showing up as an error. Cant even enter the birth date correctly. You can click one number but it enters a completely different number. I have yet to get past the starting page because it keeps saying error when validating my data
