User Reviews

Players praise Dungeon RPG - Abyssal D dystopia - for its nostalgic old-school Wizardry/DnD-inspired feel, a deep class/job system, substantial content, and polished, free-to-play gameplay with low ads and frequent updates. However, recurring issues include a thin endgame with quests that run out, several reviews calling for more content and gear variety, and friction from music restrictions while playing. There are also multiple reports that updates can cause progress or stat loss, undermining stability. Overall, it's an engaging, well-crafted dungeon crawler that shines in concept and execution but would benefit from more endgame content and stronger update stability.
Pros
  • Nostalgic old-school RPG feel with retro visuals.
  • Deep class/job system with ability to recruit and change jobs.
  • Plenty of content and long playtime with consistent updates.
  • Free-to-play with minimal ads and generous update cadence.
  • Polished, well-made dungeon crawling experience.
Cons
  • Endgame/content depth is thin; quests run out quickly; desire for more content.
  • Music playback restrictions; cannot listen to music while playing.
  • Updates can cause progress or stat loss, leading to instability.

Actual amazing specimen of a game. It is actually phone needed quality of lore, enemies, battle system, difficulty (I play on the highest), features of the game, depth of gameplay and strategy. Perfect blend of the things I love about Anime and Video Games. I hope the develops can take pride in what they have now. It’s so great solo and not over complicated where you need a whole guild or have to rely on other players. Beaty of a game and one I’ve been waiting years for honestly.

This is one of the best turn-based RPG games I have played on my phone. No gatcha, ads are only if you want absolute easy mode, even the job classes mostly make sense! Literally the only nit I have is that you can’t keep spells outside your class, like Final Fantasy Tactics. If that is the worst critisism I have, then this is an absolute keeper! Kudos!
