It’s’ user friendly with a very helpful team. It’s fun and motivating having the checklist on my phone! The daily core workouts are just great! Especially the burnout method. I do so much better and stay consistent when I have a video to follow along. And this app provides that. I wanted to buy this app when it first came out well over a year ago. However, I said I wouldn’t do that until they offered a lifetime opportunity. And now they do! So I jumped on it, and am glad I did! I joined the MTF program back when it was just a PDF version. And it worked! My ab separation closed. I do not have a gap there anymore! I’m still on a journey to eat well and to exercise regularly, so I bought the app. My tummy is noticeably tighter since doing the core workouts with Camille for the past 4 weeks. Woohoo!

This app has helped me so much in my postpartum journey. The workouts plans are effective without making me feel overwhelmed. The nutrition plans are realistic (no crazy diets!), and the mindset coaching has been so helpful! I feel stronger, and more energized everyday. Highly recommend this for any mom looking for real, sustainable postpartum recovery.
