Important Note 2 You should receive a mail from your transplant coordinator to guide you to use this app.

The app will automatically show the care protocol customized for specific organs. The app is built using a knowledge base of disease specific symptoms, complications and frequently used treatments. You will be guided to record symptoms, complications and labs that are specific to your transplant requirement and primary diagnosis. You can add as many records as is necessary for you care. Your Healthapp on your iPhone tracks your activity level. By allowing this app to access HealthKit data, your activity counts would be displayed to your transplant doctor. If your activity level goes down if you are unwell or goes up when you are moving around your doctor will know.
