Recent reviews

This app never works. I will get an email that my results are available to review, then when I log in I’m either told my email doesn’t exist, my password is incorrect or some other issue. Then I have to delete and redownload. After doing all of that, my results still aren’t loaded into the app. It’s trash.

I received an email asking to download the app to view test results. No test results. Sent email to help about test result, no response.

I was told I needed this app in order to see my test results. I have spent days trying to get it to work with no success. They do not have an online option so I can go to the web version and get my test results. Customer Service sent me a completely convoluted fix that does not work and keep saying I have to wait 24 hours. It has been several days now and I’m just asking them to close my account so they don’t have my data. Feels scammy and grab for personal data. I will be recommending to my Doctor, not to use this service going forward
