The glp1 booster pills are an expensive laxative. That’s all. The coaching program? Unrealistic promises and unrealistic for my budget. Read the fine print before you sign up! This is alllll a subscription plan. They lock you in for auto shipments without making it clear to you. They’ll continuously try to upsell you, the coaches can also seemingly make up discounts as they go, so if by chance you want to give this company a shot, make them give you a deal at least. I took the pills to a doctors appointment, where is was told “these will not work” to which I said “I thought so I’ve been taking them for a month and gained two pounds” Food for thought before buying… why can you not leave a good review, or a review on their website 💭

I wanted to share my honest experience with ColonBroom. Unfortunately, the product didn’t work for me personally, though I recognize that everyone’s body is different and it may work well for others. What really disappointed me was the billing experience. I believed I had cancelled my subscription with a call center representative over 60 days ago, but I was still billed again recently. I caught the charge within just a few hours and immediately reached out to request a refund. Despite the fact that I haven’t even received the new shipment, I was told I would still need to pay. Customer service offered to refund part of the order only if I paid to ship the unopened products back—again, for items that haven’t even arrived yet. The whole process has been frustrating and feels unfair. I hope ColonBroom takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle cancellations and refunds, because while the product itself may help some people, the billing and customer service experience left me disappointed.
