Using this constitutional framework, the app offers personalized recommendations including: food therapy, supplements, herbs, essential oils, flower essences, cell salts, seasonal acupoint care, and lifestyle and emotional well-being guidance.

The app also helps you understand constitutional tendencies related to organ systems and offers guidance for supporting balance and long-term wellness.

There are three ways to use Reveal & Heal:

Healthcare practitioners and acupuncturists can explore constitution-based acupuncture point suggestions, Master Tung Points, Traditional Chinese Medicine herbal formulas, single-herb references, and complementary Five Element therapy insights.

Parents can access constitution-based guidance for children, including Chinese Pediatric Massage (Tui Na), Japanese Pediatric Acupressure (Shonishin), and high-level parenting insights tailored to each child.

Individuals can explore self-care acupressure and personalized Five Element complementary therapy recommendations unique to their constitution.
