The Screamin' Eagle Street Tuner App is for use exclusively with the Screamin’ Eagle® Pro Street Tuner Bluetooth communication module that is sold as an accessory for select Harley-Davidson® models.

The Screamin’ Eagle® Street Tuner App is designed to simplify management of engine operating parameters as performance modifications are made. Once the Tuner hardware module is installed, this app allows you to upload the latest Engine Control Module (ECM) calibrations to match your bike’s state-of-tune or perform a Smart Tune session to tailor the base calibration to your custom ride.

Pros

When the app/tuner is functioning, live tuning and gauge data can be usable.
Autotune can deliver smoother throttle and reported gains (e.g., smoother performance and potential HP/torque increases).
For some setups, it is an official path to tuning that can preserve the Harley warranty.

As far as simple tuning it works. Can be a little glitchy. It for sure works better on iPhone (as does most everything on Harley I’m finding).

Overall it works well. I was able to tune my bike very quickly and everything went very smoothly. The custom gauge screen is very nice to have as my bike is a soft standard and has limited gauges. The app UI is a little dated and not the best looking, but it does the job just fine.
