ECU Connect is a free mobile companion app for the EcuTek Bluetooth Vehicle Interface. It requires the hardware to connect to your car’s ECU (demo mode is available if you don’t have an interface yet). Once paired with your phone and your vehicle’s OBD socket, you can receive tuned ECU files from EcuTek Master Tuners and install them directly from the app, with no laptop needed.

Beyond tuning, ECU Connect offers RaceROM options to adjust launch RPM, Traction Control, boost and torque, and switch between setups such as track, economy, fast road, or flexfuel on the fly. You can view and log ECU data, create unlimited dashboards, and save or send logs to your tuner. GPS coordinates can be recorded for precise track-day context. The app provides basic support for most cars via generic OBD2 CAN and lists supported models on EcuTek’s site.

The app works great. My only request is to get it to work with CarPlay. It would be nice to be able to switch maps through CarPlay as well as use the gauges and be able to do data logs all while using the app through my radio.

Hello developers at ecutek, I truly appreciate the tuning platform you guys provide on Subarus, BUT can you make it work on apply CarPlay? Make a widget or something. so that I don’t need a phone to see the parameters, I can just look at it on my screen!
