Hapori Wellbeing

Wellbeing is often defined as the combination of feeling good and functioning well; Inspired By Olympic Gold winning medallists Jason Gardener and Amy Williams (MBE’s) the Hapori wellbeing app aims to do just that.

The app takes your employees on a health and wellbeing journey via education and training. The APP aims to inspire, educate and support the development of any individual's potential, be it at home, work or just life generally.

The World Health Organization defines positive mental health as “a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community”

Focussing on some core pillars our Olympians will take you on a wellbeing journey through both the physical and mental areas, helping you to understand the “WHY” and the “HOW”– with the end goal being a happier, healthier and more positive individual.
