Bellows Design Software is developed based on EJMA Standards 10th edition. Useful in designing Metallic Bellows type Expansion joints for safe and reliable usage.

Select Internal Diameter of Bellows, Convolution Height, Ply thickness, Pitch and Number of Plies. Set Design Pressure and Temperature. Choose Bellows Materials,  Input Axial, Lateral and Angular Movements. Include Collar, Spool and Cycle Life and GO.

App checks the design parameters with all set of Conditions to be met as per EJMA Standard. Calculations include Single, Dual Bellows with over a long list of Materials.

Other Features :

Includes Vibration, Bellows Forming Methods - ( in the creep range, above the creep range ) Calculations for Annealed Bellows. Set Factors - Weld Factor, Fatigue Safety Factor and Forming Method Factor Set Constants for Axial Vibration and Lateral Vibration. Separate Calculations for Tie Rods, Lugs Plate and Hinges are included.
