WordSilo seeks to provide a better experience for iOS and iPadOS users than most of the big dictionary organizations out there. These organizations' apps can be out of date and irregularly maintained. WordSilo contrasts these apps by providing a snappy interface and a sweet of extra features to deliver a premium lexical experience.

One of these features is Related Words, which differs from the boring old synonyms found in most apps. The app also provides tight system integrations, with a random word widget for the home screens. A share sheet action is also included to quickly enable users to get definitions from app to app, without even needing to open WordSilo.

Another of these features is Auto Define which is able to scan and analyze photos from your library to discover key terms and definitions. It's as a simple as a tap, and then modern artificial intelligence networks do the rest.
