User Reviews

Overall, reviewers praise Down in Bermuda for its engaging puzzles, beautiful world, and charming atmosphere, with no IAP. Common downsides are clunky controls, a too-short length, and moments of unclear direction or hints that leave players stuck. When the controls are improved and the content length balanced, it’s regarded as a standout, immersive puzzle adventure with a hopeful Monument Valley-like vibe.
Pros
  • Puzzles are fun, challenging, and solvable.
  • Beautiful, immersive world with charming characters and intricate design.
  • No in-app purchases; a clean, premium experience.
  • Story and atmosphere add charm and a Monument Valley-like feel.
  • Intuitive, discovery-driven gameplay that rewards curiosity without heavy hand-holding.
Cons
  • Controls and camera feel clunky; rotation is slow and lacks sufficient sensitivity.
  • Length is too short; players often wish for more content.
  • Puzzles can feel random or directionless at times; hints or dialogue are lacking.
  • Occasional getting stuck without guidance, leading to frustration.

A delightful game! I loved everything about it. Characters were fun and puzzles were challenging but not impossible. I was wondering when Yak would make another game. This one does not disappoint! (except that I’m a little disappointed that it had to end) Also, I recently replayed Agent A (Yak’s first offering). Another excellent game!!

It doesn’t make me sick to watch it - I don’t have to fight a boss and I can figure it out without having to go online for clues and it is casual - Love it would like to see more like it
