The 750 Club

The 750 Club has been designed to help professional real estate investors meet specific IRS requirements needed in obtaining the professional real estate investor status tax designation known as “REPS”, which requires that A taxpayer must spend more than 750 hours/year providing personal services in a “real property trade or business” (“RPTB”) in which they materially participate.

The mission of 750 Club is to help real estate professionals track their hours working on one or more properties via an easy-to-use app that enables users to log their activities in a manner described in the IRS tax code, IRC Section 469(c)(7).

Using the 750 Club app gives users the ability to log their time by property, by category, and activity types, which can be used to generate robust reports needed to substantiate (prove) your REPS status to the IRS. Please speak with a CPA for guidance specific to your unique situation.
