There is ZERO customer support for app or from MOONRAYS manufacturer. We had early success and changed the color of 2 lights, but now the app won’t see all of my lights to connect them to the app. These 2 lights are now stuck in a color cycle while the others are white. Fix and support the app or take the app off of your products boxes. I would be happier with product if I never tried the app.

There should be a simple on and off switch for the lights that does not mess up the scheduled on and off switching. However, the developers have chosen to make these things mutually exclusive. Example, I have the lights scheduled on at sunset and off at 10 PM. If for some reason the lights don’t go on, using the app to manually turn them on disables the scheduled on and off functionality. So then I need to remember to manually turn the lights off later and turn the schedule back on.
