• Book confidential sessions with psychologists, coaches and therapists, on site or remotely.

• Schedule a phone call within 72 hours with a psychologist from our Mental Health team, to find the right practitioner for you.

Our practitioners have an average experience of 8 years. They are selected by our team with the greatest care to provide you with the best support, whenever you feel the need.

LEARN AT YOUR OWN PACE

The moka.care app also provides unlimited access to self-care and prevention content, all designed in collaboration with psychologists.

• Explore learning programs, videos, podcasts and meditations to understand mental health and its challenges, and adopt daily habits that will make you feel good.

• Complete our Head Start training course to learn the fundamentals of mental health in 30 minutes, enabling you to foster a healthy work environment for you and your colleagues.

LEARN WITH OTHERS

Last but not least, the moka.care app allows you to take part in our Mental Health Academy by signing up for training and group sessions in your company. This is a unique opportunity to collectively end the mental health stigma, in order to feel better and thrive at work.
