i-Tea's iPhone app is plagued by instability and rewards flaws. Users report crashes or the app failing to load after OS updates, making it hard or impossible to place orders. The rewards/punch card system is unreliable, with points not consistently credited or tracked across locations and difficulties redeeming free drinks. Payment steps can also fail due to credit card PIN/CVV prompts. A lack of accessible support compounds frustration. When it does work, the app is usable and the drinks are enjoyed, but the recurring bugs dominate the user experience.

Recent reviews

Wish it could allow for schedule-ahead ordering. It only allows orders to be placed during store hours. Payment interface is buggy and clunky. Takes you to a different page for payment and you have to mess around with email verification obstacles.

I thought with the app would have been updated since the last review was a year old. However my orders and points card aren’t tracked and buggy. What a shame cause I love the drinks
