AirScrobbler has been exactly what I was looking for. I use it to scrobble my vinyl record plays directly to Last.fm, and it works beautifully. I did run into a small issue at first, but after exchanging a few emails with Tom, the developer, he put in a lot of time and effort to quickly resolve everything. The app now runs perfectly. It’s absolutely worth purchasing if you’re looking for a reliable scrobbling app. Huge thanks to Tom for creating something so useful for vinyl listeners (& others) and for staying on top of updates to keep everything running smoothly. Thank you!

To make a long story short, this app has been “in the works” for a few years now. I use this app to scrobble audio from my record player. For years now, the struggles have been almost too much - wrong songs registering, the app freezing, illegitimate/scam songs registering - it was a lot. The recent updates have fixed virtually all of these issues; namely the “block” features, as well as the much improved auto-scrobbling. DON’T TOUCH IT IT’S PERFECT RIGHT NOW THE WAY IT IS.

Auto scrobble or continuous scrobble barely works. It frequently grabs the wrong track, also does not continuously scrobble like the name suggests. You constantly have to toggle it on and off to remind it to keep listening. It also doesn’t work with your phone asleep. If you wanted to set it and forget it as a way of scribbling any CDs or vinyl, forget it. This app will not serve you.
