Please send out an update for the app and software for the robot itself. I loved it but now it’s not working properly and I believe it’s due to needing an update.

After use, I wanted to clean the 2in1 dustbin. So I turned the robovac off. Then after cleaning, in trying to turn it back on and return to base, the map disappeared. This is the third time it happened. So now I am scared to clean the robovac dustbin. After creating map, there is no way to back it up for restoring later if map disappears. Please fix this issue or let me know correct dustbin cleaning procedure .
