This App is designed for tour drivers and/or guides to more efficiently manage their travel assignments and facilitate communication with their travel operators and ultimately, enhance their guests’ travel experience and satisfaction. It provides a 24/7 calendar view of their assignments, guests’ itineraries and change notifications. In addition, the App helps tour drivers and/or guides to better coordinate their assignments and communicate via in-app chat services with their agent and guests, including details like pick-up locations, estimated time of arrival.
