TourGrid Guide is the mobile companion for professional tour guides working with operators on the TourGrid platform. Stay aligned with your agency team, keep your group accounted for, and act quickly when it matters—all from one app on iPhone and iPad.

BUILT FOR GUIDES ON THE MOVE • My Groups — See every tour group assigned to you, with status, dates, and what is happening next. • Daily schedule — View the full itinerary with activity types (transport, meals, hotels, activities, and more). Mark items complete as your day progresses. • Tourist roster — Open your participant list at a glance and manage attendance for each activity.

FAST, RELIABLE CHECK-IN • QR scanner — Check tourists in and out with the device camera. Get instant feedback on each scan. • Manual entry — Enter a tourist code when scanning is not practical. • Attendance states — Record who is present, absent, or needs extra attention so your operator has an accurate headcount.

WORKS WITH TOURGRID TourGrid Guide is for guides who are invited and assigned by a tour operator using the TourGrid Agency Portal. Tourists use the TourGrid Tourist app; parents and guardians can follow dependents with the TourGrid Guardian app. Your operator manages packages, groups, schedules, and assignments from the web—your app stays in sync.

GETTING STARTED

1. Your tour operator creates your guide account and assigns you to tour groups.
2. Sign in with the credentials provided by your operator.
3. Open your group, review today’s schedule, and start check-ins.

PERMISSIONS TourGrid Guide may request access to your camera (QR check-in scanning) and location (sharing your position with your tour group during active tours). You control these permissions in iOS Settings.
