I don’t understand how a corporation like this can’t build a functioning app. This was recently redesigned and it’s still doesn’t work. I literally can build one better and I do construction. Just call in your order like it’s the 90s

The only reason I was able to place an order was because I was determined to get the BOGO burrito day deal. I tried many times and even I placed, got the email confirmation but the app was stuck on the placing order screen. Absolutely horrible experience. That’s not all. When I get to the store to pick up, there was no BOGO. Server said I placed the order incorrectly, shrugged saying he was busy with a long line and did absolutely nothing to solve my problem. Bad app, bad promo, bad business.
