We’re Energy Camp! Unique fitness and wellness community based in Dubai. We follow our signature 60-30-10 method — 60% structured training, 30% recovery, and 10% play — built to help everyday athletes and high performers train like pros and feel their best. Beyond daily sessions, we host monthly experiences in and around the city — like horse riding adventures and our signature Desert feast & flix, where we bring a 30-foot cinema screen to the desert, barbecue under the stars, and connect through movement and good vibes. We also take groups on epic active travels around the world — think gorilla trekking in Rwanda, skiing in Austria, Muay Thai in Thailand, and more. Every journey is designed to be unforgettable.
