We Love CAMP

The app needs improvement…. I am signed out constantly. You get manyyy emails for every booking/change you’ve made, and if you’ve gotten into a class/off the waitlist. There is no option to turn emails off or select certain email notifications to receive. The text notification is nice but there is no push notification for when you get off the waitlist, and it would be nice to have a 10-20 minute window to accept or decline if you got into a class last minute. Also, there are no push notifications about your bookings (a simple reminder, if the instructor changes, a heads up before the cancellation window starts for an upcoming class, etc.). The app doesn’t allow you add friends. The waitlists/available spots aren’t always accurate - there have been many times where I’m on a waitlist but I see there are spots available to reserve. I have a membership with Camp too (so I don’t book through a 3rd party membership like ClassPass). The filter options need to be listed in chronological order. There are so many instructors so it’s difficult to find and filter for all the instructors you like to take because it’s not organized.

App is compatible with my iPhone but when I go to book a class, app crashes. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled app, but still crashes when I go to “pick my spot”
