Simple Interval Workout Timer

I downloaded this and the developer's other app, Strive, because I appreciate apps with no fuss or fluff. The interface is delightfully up-front, offers the ability to set/save timers with customized intervals, and works well with my music app running simultaneously (there's even an option to soften your music when the timer goes off so that you're sure to hear it.) In addition to the workout benefits, I have a chronic condition that requires careful pacing. On my worst days, I need to do housework/daily tasks in intervals of about 10min up, 30min down to get through without crashing. Having an easy-to-navigate timer that can keep me on track/keep me from overexertion is an absolute godsend. Thank you for producing such a well-designed tool!!

I feel like this app is one of the most amazing fitness apps and it’s for free??? I just wish it could track my workouts and tell me how much I do a day and when I’m doing my workouts kind of like those Apple Watch circles… but other than that I have no problems!
