2025-02-12	dr*****	Still have not been able to connect my pool to my iPhone, it does not recognize my ip address . I’ve tried it on my iPhone, ipad and it won’t take any of the addresses I had that were indicated on my memory! My pool service tried several times with no luck as well! Where do I go from here? It’s a pain in the but not being able to control my pools functions unless I go out to the panel and do it manually! A few years ago my pool was struck by lightning, right after I got out, at that time it cost me $3400 to replace pool electronics! Pool was easily controlled by my phone and ipad. You people made you’re change to the software with no warning! One day it worked and the next day it didn’t! I’m a very disgusted customer! Sincerely Gary Grabow

2024-09-01	Po*****	What a horrible app. Even after a Pentair rep looked at it, while at my home the app will not connect after dozens of attempts. On the rare occasion it does connect, you have to do everything twice or more in order to save changes (lights, clean schedules, pump ops, etc.). It will never connect when away from the home network. The rep said an update would occur within a week and would resolve the problem. That was several weeks ago. Horrible app. Horrible customer service.

2024-08-18	Po*****	The Alexa integration on this app is great. The thing is you need to create a routine that translates “Alexa, what is the pool temperature” to “ask Pentair what the is pool temperature”. you can do this for the spa / pool on and off, and even the light on and off.

2024-07-11	Ch*****	Frequently when I think I’ve turned off the heater it is not off and since I normally don’t check the pool temp daily I’ve had some very expensive gas bills I would attribute to this. I am now checking more frequently. Also, I find that I can’t always login The app asks me to logoff and when i logged off I can’t reconnect to the system. The only reliable way to login is to restart my phone. I’ve used IAqualink. My pool guy recommended Intellicenter. I do NOT agree it is better than IAqualink.

I have sent 2 emails to customer service & have not had an answer so maybe they will respond to the review. It is frustrating that other reviewers have mentioned the exact same problem & Pentair has no solutions for this known issue publicly available. I am logged in but disconnected from the pool. 2024-05-17	Ap*****	I’ve had this new app a few months. No matter what I try, I can never log on and the system never recognizes my username or passcode. So frustrating to use and can’t do anything without going over to the actual control panel. I have check and tried and rebooted several times.
