User Reviews

Users like remote control when connected and the app’s automation features, but the iAquaLink app is plagued by unstable connectivity, crashes, and a web-based workflow that hinders basic tasks. Scheduling changes can fail to save, data readings can be inaccurate, and multi-user sharing is limited. Overall sentiment is negative despite some moments of reliable control when the connection holds.
Pros
  • Remote access/control from anywhere when the system is connected.
  • Ability to control pool equipment (lights, pump, heater) via the app.
  • Scheduling/automation features available in the app.
Cons
  • Frequent connectivity issues causing disconnects from WiFi/Bluetooth and unreliable uptime.
  • Crashes and overall instability of the app.
  • Reliance on a web interface for many tasks; not a native mobile experience and slow.
  • Scheduling changes not saving/unstable timers.
  • Data display inaccuracies for certain equipment (e.g., wrong status readings).

Cannot manage schedule thru web. In loop that won’t stop … “waiting for connection.”

This is the worst app I have ever used. 90% of the time it doesn’t work at all and the other time the options are terrible. Example they have color selections for the lights that will have themes with different colors, but if you try to get one of the colors out of that theme, it does not exist. I.e. red.

After my last iPhone update, the WiFi does not stay connected. iOS 26.4.2, 2.4 connection over fiber. All my other 2.4 apps work just fine. It your app that won’t stay connected. Please fix your app.
