Up to 50 air conditioners can be registered. All air conditioners in your home can be operated by a single mobile device. It can also be operated on several owned residential properties.

Two connection modes are selectable. 　Cloud control：Mode of operation via the Internet. 　Direct control：Mode of operation without Internet *Some functions are restricted in Direct control.

In order to use the application software, you are required to prepare the following items of the General’s air conditioner(s) which supports the wireless LAN network connection and the 24/7 broadband Internet access as well as a wireless LAN router. *A wireless LAN router is required only for Cloud control.

AIRSTAGE Mobile is a helpful, convenient replacement for remotes with good scheduling and remote control features, and decent smart-home integration for some setups. However, it suffers from reliability issues, incomplete/buggy controls (especially heat/cool separation and fan scheduling), and notable connectivity and compatibility problems across units. Firmware/update struggles and onboarding friction further complicate use. Overall it’s useful for some users and configurations, but not consistently reliable or feature-complete across all environments.

Pros

Replaces multiple remotes and centralizes control for Fujitsu mini-splits in one app.
Scheduling and manual temperature control via the app is convenient and often preferable to the remote.
Allows remote control and monitoring from anywhere over Wi‑Fi, not just locally.
Supports advanced modes on some units (e.g., minimum heat, dry) for flexible operation.
Easy-to-use design in some cases and works well with smart home ecosystems like Nest hubs, improving overall usability.

Cons

Frequent instability and disconnections: the app often goes offline, crashes, or becomes unusable.
Feature gaps and UI bugs: cannot independently set heat/cool in Auto, some screens are blank, no current room temperature display, and fan-speed scheduling is missing.
Connectivity and compatibility issues: relies on Wi‑Fi (not Bluetooth), VPN can block login, limited Apple HomeKit integration, pairing problems, and not all units are fully supported (requires multiple apps for different adapters).

The app has been totally nonfunctional for me for the last several months. I tried contacting support, they still haven’t been able to figure it out. they even tried to close my case but still haven’t fixed the problem. 1 star, would give 0 if i could.

Worked great for 3 months. Ow giving communication errors. Won’t even let me log out. Useless

While I like the mini-split, I don’t ever want to use the physical remote. I’d prefer using an app. The problem is this app interface is very poorly thought out. They give you access to “Auto”, which is the equivalent of Individual Auto on the remote, but Auto mode has two temp settings. A Cool/AC temp and a Heat temp. On the remote in can choose both temps. The app only allows setting the Auto AC temp, with no control of the Auto heat temp. That makes it useless. On top of that, if you’ve set both temps via the remote, the app shows the correct AC temp, bug is always blue (cool) and never switches to red (heat), so you can’t tell from the app what the unit is actually doing.
