This is not user friendly. I just rented the unit and already incredibly frustrated. The unit doesn’t come with an instruction manual and it won’t allow me to sync unless I fill it with water. However, there are no instructions on the App about how to fill it with water — and several places that could be the water input. Of course, I incorrectly poured water into the ventilation hole! This doesn’t seem like there was a smart design for people who need basic instructions.

My machine fully broke within one year of purchase. App glitches.

Cannot remotely sleep/wake, and the app just emulates waiting for the machine to wake and says the machine is awake without ever checking in to confirm that’s true.
