2026-05-02	La*****	Hey. Don’t get me wrong. Genopets is AMAZING. Loved every second of it-even if the ‘stats’ were useless nonsense, haha. But it’s bad now. REAL bad. Nothing renders, everything is just loading symbols, I can’t pet, feed, play with, or in any way take care of my Genopet Bronzee, who is now just a formless almost-finished loading circle. No one seems to be doing the step battles anymore. I can’t tell how many people still play because the Genodex won’t load. The Sector Mapping went out a long, LONG time ago. It’s only a matter of time until the game is a useless buggy mess. I will play this for ETERNITY, but if it doesn’t work, I might as well delete it right now. So please, PLEASE, ᑭᒪᗴᗩᔕᗴ fix it and bring it back, or I’ll swear off Genopets for life-which would hurt my soul to do. 2026-02-17	El*****	I have no idea, but when I downloaded and open the app, it asked me to continue so i can log in, but it was now stuck on the loading screen. This was not like this before. I have no idea why or how. But now I cannot log in. Help!!!😭

2025-09-28	Cu*****	This app stopped tracking my step progress and I had to delete it. Once I redownloaded, the app said my phone was a new device and I would have to start at 0. What bull. No other phone has my profile, just the one I’ve been using. And when are y’all gonna make it to where we can earn Qubits? A lot of the stuff needed to complete task requires them? Or at least change up or add some more items so we have more options with the energy currency? Some of the tasks can’t be completed due to it needing the Qubits currency. Please look into it. Pretty cool app besides the issues.

2025-05-25	Ch*****	Looked like a neat game, a nice spin on the Pokémon go and the tamagotchi experience. Sure, using my email to be able to start playing was a little dumb, but letting it have access to my Apple health, another application? Too far, and not allowing this permission keeps you from playing the game. If the app isn’t able to keep track of my progress alone, then I’m not interested.
