Steppet transforms your steps into progress for a virtual companion. Choose a pet, set your daily step goal, and watch it evolve as you stay active. The more you move, the more your companion grows. Miss too many days, and it gently reflects your consistency, encouraging you to keep going.

How Steppet Works

Select a pet and set your daily step goal. As you walk, your progress brings your companion through different evolution stages. Reach half of your goal to unlock its mid evolution, and complete your target to reveal its final form. When the journey is complete, you can start again with a new pet and continue building your habit.

Each companion has its own personality and reacts to your progress throughout the day. Some are energetic, some calm, and some playful. They celebrate milestones, respond to your activity, and evolve with your consistency.

Step Tracking

Steppet integrates with Apple Health and device sensors to track your daily steps, walking distance, active minutes, and estimated calories burned. Your activity updates throughout the day, keeping your companion in sync with your movement.

For outdoor walks, Steppet can also use GPS to record your route, calculate distance and pace more accurately, and display your walk on a map.

GPS Routes & Maps

Start GPS tracking when you want to record an outdoor walk. Steppet draws your walking route on a map and uses GPS distance once your route passes 100 meters.

You can view your route, distance, pace, and walk history inside the app. Saved routes can also be replayed and shared as route stickers.

Daily Progress

Your progress is tracked automatically, giving you a clear view of your daily activity. Steppet helps you stay aware of your goals without overcomplicating your routine.

Analytics

Steppet provides insights into your walking habits, including daily summaries, 7-day trends, 30-day history, lifetime steps, route history, and outdoor walk summaries. You can also review your most active days and overall consistency across different companions.

Notifications

Optional reminders help you stay on track throughout the day. Receive gentle updates as you reach milestones like 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% of your daily goal. Your companion will encourage you as you progress.

Pets

Steppet includes a variety of companions, each with unique personalities and evolution stages.

Free companions include Dog and Cat.

Premium companions include Hamster, Bunny, Panda, Sloth, Fox, Duck, Koala, and Pig.

Premium Access

Upgrade to unlock all pets, advanced analytics, flexible step goals, and advanced map features. Premium is a one-time purchase and can be restored anytime with your Apple account.

Privacy & Data

Steppet is local-first. Core data such as your name, steps, pet progress, settings, and route history is stored on your device. No account is required.

GPS location is used only when you choose to start route tracking. It helps draw your route, calculate outdoor distance and pace, show route history, and create route stickers. Steppet does not sell your data or use location for advertising.

You can export and restore your walking history, settings, companions, and saved route data anytime using backup options.

Share Your Progress

Create simple share cards showing your daily steps, distance, active companion, and date. For outdoor walks, you can also create route stickers with your GPS route, distance, pace, and walk summary.
