I was not fond of the re-setup I had to do when I got a new internet service because it felt like I had to do twice the steps to get it set back up again, but hopefully, I will be good from this point on. The app mention that my new SIM cards that I purchased, may not be compatible (even though I got the ones that were suggested. I don’t have a computer that can program them how they “need to be” for this device.) I expect that if a suggested item to purchased is presented, it should be able to work with the item as it is. If it is the “suggested” item to use, there should be no reason for it not to be compatible without having to have additional things done (especially if not originally noted prior to the purchase). Hopefully it will work out and I won’t need to buy or do anything else with it, again.

Update, I went to open my camera to see what’s going on outside and it says add device. My doorbell is. It showing up at all but it is working and sending notifications . I did reset the doorbell and try again but it still is not showing up in my phone. I’m really unhappy about this and really feel not safe since this is not allowing me to see outside. No tech support is available. So now what? Change to ring?
