Don’t get fooled into the free trial scam. There is no way to cancel the 7-day trial period and you’ll be stuck with a payment whether you want it or not. App is over the top with subscriptions. The camera should be free after looking at all of the subscription programs. Customer support is non-existent and the phone numbers don’t work. It immediately makes you question the security of your personal and financial information.

The video feed lags CONSTANTLY. It’s to the point that I miss major things that I wanted to record because the feed takes so long to catch up that the animal is gone. The pricing for data is also stupid expensive compared to other companies.
