Never could get it to work. Downloaded the app, every page takes 10 mins to load and then it times out. Wasted an hour sitting here for nothing. Save your time and steer clear of this bs company and app

I tried Graviti tonight in a pinch as my home charger recently stopped working. I tried all 4 terminals at the location in Buda and none would successfully initialize a charge. I was charged $40 to start, then another $20 via the app when preloading the in-app wallet. Timeout after timeout. The machine has timers before returning to the start menus. Extremely strange service. Disappointed with the promise of a fast charge. Walked away with nothing & out $60. Don’t go here if you can avoid it, especially if in desperate need of a charge.
