I put my card on file. They swiped $40 of it. And they don’t show that transaction in my account or in my wallet. Scam.

Two out 3 times when using EV Structure I have to phone customer service to get them to signal their charging station. EVs are a JOKE. The infrastructure is PATHETIC Who codes this App? It’s useless and nonsensical. Almost nothing works. Its not possible to monitor thr charging session. Wouldn’t that be Task #1?

The double menu bars and pop-up windows obscure almost all of the map, making map exploration exceptionally difficult. I hope the design team will drastically reduce the amount of white space and size of pop-up windows so as to make the map more visible. You ask me to “share more details,” and “revise my review.” I gave you the details. Try reading them. If you can’t grasp them, then perhaps we are at the very nub of the problem.
