• Counselling bookings
• A library of evidence-based mental fitness courses
• Wellbeing and mood tracker
• Plus an Uprise Health Care Navigator who will explain these options to you and help you to find the support you need.

UPRISE HEALTH IS FREE VIA YOUR EMPLOYER, SCHOOL OR ORGANIZATION Access to the app and use of all of our services is free if Uprise Health is offered by your organization.

HOW TO ACCESS

1. Download the app
2. Sign up for a new account using the Access Code provided by your organization (contact Uprise Health via our website if you cannot find your Access Code)
3. Depending on the plan offered by your organization, you can choose the support option you prefer. For example: self-guided digital courses, coaching etc.

REQUIREMENTS To access the app, your organization needs to offer our service and you need to be over 18 years old.
