I don’t usually write reviews for apps but Kiprun deserves it. I was looking for an alternative to Runna because I didn’t want to pay. I found this free app and it really is amazing. It personalizes your pace and plan for you and really helps new runners figure out how fast they should be running and learn more about running, and most importantly and overlooked, recovery. I couldn’t recommend an app more.

Been using for only 2 weeks but having problems with the app syncing correctly with my Apple Watch Ultra 2. App will export a session to start on the watch. Session will be completed. The run will not sync to the app and will have to enter manually. Other times I’ve completed a session but it registered to the wrong run. I went to delete it only to have it reappear. I keep deleting and it keeps reappearing. Can’t get it to go away.
