Cottage Health MyChart

The Cottage Health MyChart app is your connected patient portal for you and your family. It helps you manage health information, locate physicians and services near you, and book 24/7 Virtual Care or Urgent Care appointments with just a tap. You can review test results, medications, immunizations, and other health data; connect to Apple Health to transfer data from your devices; view After Visit Summaries and provider notes; and track upcoming or past appointments. It also provides price estimates, bill-pay, secure record sharing, and opt-in notifications when new information is available.

Across Cottage Health’s centers—Heart & Vascular, Orthopedics, Children’s Medical Center, Santa Barbara Neuroscience Institute, and more—the MyChart portal brings your health information together. You can securely message your care team, request medication refills, pre-register for appointments, update insurance details, and even pre-register for delivery options for expectant parents. It also supports Advance Care Plans and designating health care agents, giving you control over your care while protecting privacy.
