You have one chance to print the label. If something goes wrong, (power outage as you’re trying to print) you have to REPURCHASE the whole label! AND, you have to put a minimum of $10 on your account to purchase. $5.97 label cost me $20 because I had to reprint it and put another $10 on my account. So frustrated!!! I took 3 screenshots the second time just to make sure I had a backup if something went wrong again during the printing process.

Can access account because it asks for a code, I enter the code by the keyboard won’t move in iOS and I can’t press continue.! Garbage app. Maybe ask ai to fix it for you since your devs are incompetent
