Horrible mistake signing up for this. My account was shut down day one and took a hour to get them to reopen it. I purchased a label but could not print and the foreign lady in support could not communicate. After 30 minutes I asked for a supervisor and she came back on after waiting 5 minutes trying to help again. I finally got my account closed but have to wait 4-6 weeks for my refund
