MEDITATION: New to Meditation we have meditations to get you started. Ranging from 1 minute to 20 minute meditations to destress, energise and help you to drift into a deep slumber.

SELF CARE: Daily self care tips to help us to feel our best.

ABOUT HAZEL: Hazel Buckley is the founder of The Yoga Tree and the yoga & meditation teacher in The Yoga Tree App. Hazel started her yoga journey around 26 years ago and has been teaching Yoga for 14 years. Hazel loves to bring creativity into her classes and draws from all the different styles she has trained in and from her own yoga and life journey. Hazel is trained in Vinyasa Flow, Prana Flow, Face Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal and Postnatal.

Hazel is a regular guest on RTE’s TV Today Show spreading her love of Yoga with the nation.
